KA Clock
KA Clock is a powerful platform built specifically for Knowledge Architects to streamline financial oversight and time tracking. It allows consultants to log hours, review and export invoices, monitor client-specific revenue, and manage profitability across all projects. With integrated financial tracking, KA Clock replaces spreadsheets and manual calculations with a clean, centralized dashboard giving users real-time insight into how their time translates into revenue.
Client Section
Knowledge Architects is a consulting firm specializing in documentation, training, and technology solutions for the transit industry. They approached us with a request to develop a completely custom time tracking application to monitor their projects and enhance efficiency.
Overview of Product:
We were tasked with developing a platform for Knowledge Architects that would provide them a scalable, more efficient, and more advanced product than the one they were using. Despite their hesitations and being our first client, we were able to deliver a fully functional application that migrated their old data and allowed for a seamless transition. Due to the fact we had no prior projects under our belt they first requested a proof-of-concept. Once we met expectations we were given the freedom to add functionality to give them truly the best experience possible.
