CYA Clock is a custom-built platform developed for the CIM Group to simplify vendor tracking and ensure monthly compliance with City of Atlanta regulations. It allows team members to log vendor activity, generate city-compliant reports, and maintain legal oversight with ease. By centralizing project data and automating documentation, CYA Clock helps the CIM Group stay organized, compliant, and audit-ready as they continue building across Metropolitan Atlanta.

The Client

Centennial Yards Company (CYC) was created by CIM Group to act as the owner and master developer of a 50-acre site that will stitch together Downtown Atlanta so that it can achieve its full potential as a global destination. They approached us with a request to develop a completely custom vendor tracking tool to ensure that the Centennial Yards Project meets legal compliance requirements.

Overview

We were tasked with developing a platform for CYC that would provide them an easy, more efficient, and more automated solution than their manual tracking system. This tool allows CYC to accurately input and report the projects' information to the City of Atlanta. As the first product in a series of upgrades for CYC's processes, we are looking forward to working with them as the development of downtown Atlanta continues.
